My entry is a digital artwork that I drew for a good friend of mine. My friend writes stories that explore really fascinating themes and ideas, which inspired me to draw this piece. This character in particular is named Anthony, and throughout his story, he gets into an accident that leaves a scar over his left eye. The scar is shaped like a flower. I chose a daisy motif specifically, mainly for irony. While daisies symbolize innocence and joy, Anthony loses these traits through the accident.
